I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences at two different locations. The Subway in San Ysidro has terrible customer service. The three female employees are always very rude. As soon as a customer leaves, they start talking about them, claiming the customer had a bad attitude when it is actually the employees who have a terrible attitude. Samira is always showing excellent service, dedication, and immense effort. The entire team is always kind even in stressful situations when busy. As a born and raised local I’m blessed to be gladly welcomed always showing respect first.
