The service is actually 0, but that's not an option. The woman behind the counter burned my food, used old, brown lettuce, and gave me an attitude. I'm sorry I even paid for it and didn't just leave.
I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to fast food places like Subway. I don’t typically have high expectations, and yet they still managed to disappoint with my recent experience. I placed an online order, so theoretically my in-store impact should have been minimal, yet the staff acted annoyed by my mere presence as I walked in to the otherwise empty store, said hello, received no response in return, checked the mobile order rack and didn’t find my order and then proceeded to approach the front counter.
