ordered online, missing my footlong cookie, tried calling the store lie 8 time, never answered
Had a BOGO deal for a footlong ordered online added extra on all veggies at no extra cost the guy making my sandwich made it with care loaded it up making it one of the best subway sandwiches ive ever had. Dude was super cool and chill. I would definitely recommend this location and will be back.
Ordered two footlongs online 45 minutes before close and they charged my card. When I showed up I was informed my order was voided as they were out of bread. They refused to immediately refund my money. Worker was a smart ass and told me on the way out that I should have ordered earlier.
There was food in my sandwich I was upset until I ask the manager if I could have a drink while she dose my refund she said "the hair could of easily been mine" no offense im white the empolyee was black was diffrent hair.. then I asked her name she said "Cinderella " was very unprofessional . Needless to say she said her slicer broke so that's why all the meat is extra paper thin
