After the previous customer left, we stood at the counter for 5–10 minutes and were completely ignored — no acknowledgment, no greeting, no “we’ll be with you shortly.” The employees continued talking and working as if we were not there. This is unacceptable customer service. We left without being served. Management needs to address this immediately.
