Police called. I ordered via Uber Eats, when I went to pickup my order the Latino and South Asian women at the counter informed me that they had given the food to the wrong person. They did not offer to correct their mistake and make a new order, and refused to let me speak to their manager. Incredibly unprofessional, and unethical. Will never come here again.
Barely any ingredients on a BLT…. plus the lettuce and other toppings were all spoiled. Couldn’t even get a water cup with purchase.
Bathroom was’t working. They didn’t have the bread i ordered online. And they made my sandwich weird like the veggie were outside the bread and it wasn’t even probably rapped.
The manager, Maria, is rude to the customers. One of the man even asked for her name, but she did not even seem to bother about the frustrations of the customers on how she dealt with us in the store. She charged for the cheese, she even wanted to charge for additional mayonnaise.
Messing sandwich. did not wrap well spilled while opening it. Service was trash. I’m aware most people don’t like their job even me but the customers are not the reason for that. It’s better to not serve than to b rude n inappropriate to customers because employees get paid from customer’s pocket
