I put an online order in and went to pick it up only for them to tell me they don’t have any bread. It is a Saturday afternoon and they do not have any bread. He said I could wait an hour or I could have the flatbread. I just simply asked for a refund and the guy working the window was a huge jerk. He couldn’t believe that I wanted a refund. What a sad, sad experience. Great location! Super nice building. Wonderfully clean inside. That’s what my only 1 star is for. (2) 6” subs, 2 chips, 2 pops - $29.51 🤯 What really humored me, aside from the nearly THIRTY dollars for 2 sandwiches, was that I ordered onions… and got 2 tiny slices - ordered olives…got 4 tiny olives, ordered jalapeños…got TWO…??? Ordered online and for some reason this store is consistently out of bread. This is the second time ordering and they never have any bread. First time waited twenty minutes for the made bread to cool. This time had to go with the only option of flatbread which they seem to have a large amount of always. Paid for a foot long and got a flatbread. smdh. Based on other reviews this location needs new management!
