They completely got my order wrong and when trying to correct it they made it feel like an uphill battle. I even gave a generous cash to just to be disappointed.
Team was exceptional and provided great service. Food was fresh and staff was very friendly.
They do a fantastic job defending their mediocrity. Half an order missing, and what was done I don't know how they look themselves in the mirror and believe they do a good job. Even worse when called out on it they got defensive with zero effort to make it right. No accountability, no effort, not getting my business again.
Every time I go into this place I'm greeted warmly, served promptly, and always asked how I'm doing. The sandwich artists here make sure to bring a smile to my face every time. This is one of my favorite places to grab dinner.
