Horrible!!! I ordered a sandwich there for the second time ( should’ve been done with them after the first) but I ordered on my lunch break which tells you I’m in a time crunch. I order for pick up and paid for avocados to be added on, and no LTO. I get my sandwich there’s no avocado, and LTO.. the lady on the phone says she did put the avocado on it but of course there isn’t any.. LOL. Elario is a great attendant, he speaks English, Spanish and tried to speak Portuguese, my primary language. Clean environment with happy people working. I like that.
I have been going here for over a year and they have consistently have given terrible service to me (bad attitude, rush my sandwich, etc) to the point where they not only prepare my sandwiches incorrectly the way I ask but they have purposely have not given the correct amount of meat on my sandwiches. I have watched them specifically on a hotshot italiano sandwich where they would put only 8/9 pieces of pepperoni or salami instead of the expected 10 pieces. I placed an online order to pickup on my way home and the sandwiches were not made correctly. I called the store to explain that my sandwiches were not made correct and the lady on the phone said she made them...so she knows they were right...and pretty much said what do you want me to do about it. She allowed me to speak to the manager and he did offer to remake one of the two sandwiches that were wrong, but they both pretty much accused me of not being honest about what I received. Horrible attitude of the staff. The lady was throwing items and was showing anger while preparing the subs. Never gonna go to this location again.
