I called ahead to ask if they had the promotional Happy Gilmore cups, the associate said they had all of them. I drove all the way down there only to find out the manager doesn't allow customers to choose the cup they want (from the 4), and when I got the cup, it was the ONLY cup of all 4 that I already had. I asked the associate to switch it for any of the other 3 and she repeated, "my manager only let's us give out one cup at random every day." Fod is good but they reduced there staff to skeleton brew usuly just 2 employs so its a long wait time so they try to ask you to call in order but when you get there you wait again if they have people in line by then your order is cold . I go elsewhere now im done with sub-way
SERVICE IS HORRID. Don't bother with this Subway.
