Sandwich was pretty good, but when I asked to use the washroom to wash my hands, I was told the washroom was broken. 5 mins later the owner or friend of the owner walks in and went directly to washroom. After asking a second time to use the washroom they lied again and said it wasn't working. After I told them 2 ladies were just in there, they reluctanty let me in to wash my hands. and guess what!!!! The toilet was working just fine!! Wonder if the health dept knows you dont let customers use the washroom?!?
The customer service was in good and they were rude. To The customer. she was act like they don’t care about the business
Put in an online order. Through a fluke issue (power outage) the system ate it. Fair enough, life happens. Reason for the bad review is because after talking with the franchise owner multiple times on the phone they couldn't cancel/refund the order and our only recourse was to put in a new order and wait for the previous one to be refunded (and if it wasn't then to drive back). Additionally, after the second order was put in (and confirmed within seconds) we were made to wait while multiple other customers came in behind us ... read more
