Amazing service and friendly workers. The dining room has a clean layout and the staff there make you feel right at home. I usually don’t like subway but even the food at this location was good and fresh. I would rate the whole experience 6 starts if u could. This Subway should be the standard for all other Subways nationwide. Impeccable customer service. Great job Northshore Subway.
This has been the Subway I have visited whenever I order Subway since they first opened in the area. The employees here are either friendly or professional and I haven't had any issues here yet. They also do their best to make orders in a timely manner. I came in here with my family and got the turkey Titan and they gave me 6 pieces of turkey for a foot long turkey Titan. I called and talked to the owner and he said come in and I will replace it, whenever you want and stated that I was welcome whenever I wanted to come back and so I go in to get my sandwich replaced and the same Lady that made my sandwich was there and said…she didn’t know anything and that she would not replace the sandwich.
