I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality I experienced during my recent visit. The customer service was poor from start to finish. I was served a dried-out meatball sub and when I requested a fresh batch, the employee was dismissive and insisted it was fresh despite it being visibly dried. There was a language barrier that escalated the issue, and the employee made an unprofessional comment about it. Very horrible service, there is an older lady who works at night and she is extremely rude and dismissive.
