I ordered my food on the mobile app and forgot to ask for it toasted. I tried to call the store and it kept going straight to voicemail. I was about 2 minutes away when I placed my order. When I went inside, I asked for them to toast my sandwich. It was already made and they told me they couldn’t remake it. Customer service was horrible. They didn't try to fix our order like we asked. Also they gave us whatever sandwich they wanted us to have. Not what we were trying to order.
It says it's open at 8am on Fridays but is not they open at 9
Food was good. You have to make sure they add that double meat n cheese like the menu says. Stop using lettuce and use Spinach. Watch your sandwich taste better
so disappointed, iwent to redeem my free cookie just for it to have a hair in it. im unbelievably upset honestly i was so excited just for it to have HAIRRRR in it. this is gross & i wont be visiting this spot again.
