First time at this subway and waited at check stand line to order, 5 minutes later a whole family came in and then finally at 3:30pm Saturday April 5th, the young white male employee with black subway hat said “how may I help you?” and I started telling what sandwich I want and he said this isn't the line and pointed towards where the family was. So I just went to Subway (McPherson next to Bolillo’s) and I wanted ”WHEAT” bread. The attendant said he couldn’t serve me that bread having about 7 loafs because it was only for “online orders”. So if I ordered from my phone I could get what but standing there physically in front of him was a “NO”! Can someone explain that to me please? I feel like they just messed with me! I only ended up taking my wife’s sandwich and left with disappointment!
