This is NOT the first time but it is the LAST! Walked into the store and there were 3 people waiting. One employee was on the front line and another male employee was standing behind her cleaning the cutter. She ran out of tuna and went into the back to make some. The guy working at the Howell mill road location when I walked in at 11:08 this morning 3/30 was super rude. Asked me if I had an ordered and then I said no, he told me to get out because he wasn't taking my order because he was busy (making sandwiches for one customer and I wasn't in a rush). He said he was the only one there and it was just me and the lady already being served in line. On march 30 2026 at 10:30 am walked in location on Howell mill rd . No one was in site I waited and waited I knocked on the employee door no one answered still waited. We to the door to make door chime did it a couple of times then the supervisor as I seen his picture hanging on wall walks out of the door I clearly just knocked on .no hello , sorry about that looked mad as hell so I was like I will just go somewhere else did not care to lose business at all and I know this store is already a slow store bad business.
Es el Subway más cercano a mi ubicación pero la atención y servicio al cliente es pésimo. Nunca están a disposición y te preparan la comida de mala manera. Deberías asegurarse de que las personas antes de todo tenga disposición de querer hacer las cosas bien. Y que sobre todo te hagan sentir bien , así que tú llegas y prefieres irte a comer a otro lugar fue lo que sucedió hoy conmigo.
Stood at the counter for ten minute and wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff. The lady then stared making online orders in front of me. She is probably the slowest sandwich maker i have ever seen! Was her last job at the DMV? I left because I didn’t want to wait another ten minutes!!
