I arrived at 1940 and there was no one inside, worker or otherwise, during business hours. I waited for a few minutes and what sounded like a phone alarm started going off every few seconds. Eventually left because no one came out of the back to take my order. Was disappointed.
Penelope was so very patient with my elderly father in law today. Appreciated her kindness.
After holding the door for an employee, I waited 10 minutes to order behind no one in line. 3 employees were just having a convo and didn't want to be bothered with work.
