Don’t go in here if it’s past 8:30pm when they close at 9pm. I went in at 8:35 (and was out by 8:42) and got weird, passive aggressive comments, and a condescending greeting and goodbye. I apologized for coming in a bit late and got ignored, and I tipped them 30% as a thank you and they were loudly talking about how annoyed with the situation they were in the back as I was filling my drink. Customer service is dead hahahaha

Shout out to the 2 young men working tonight! My sandwich was spot on. Thank you for accommodating my special requests. I went to order online tonight and was forced to update my app. I got my order in just a few minutes before cutoff. As someone who also works in the service industry, I know how frustrating it can be to get orders so close to closing time. Thank you for making me a perfect sandwich after a long day. Much appreciated!! 🤩

2 things I went through the drive-thru they didn't toast my sandwich They lied about our total to get a free tip (I believe on tipping when you get good customer service but we went through the drive-thru and they didn't even make the item properly) I'm pregnant and just really upset right now this is overwhelmingly disappointing for me and I know I might be having an overreaction I just feel manipulated and disappointed

I didn't get a chance to order food here. The touch screen drive thru sign is janky and not responsive. There is even a sign advising people that it doesn't work correctly. I can't imagine the difficulty patrons have with this in the winter or in the rain. This is an added level of frustration most drivers do not need. Replacing people with technology that make the service worse cannot be excused. It means you do not trust your employees and you do not respect your patrons.
