I went after I got off work in a bad mood due to a bad day and I was craving a ham and provolone. I went expecting mediocre food and service. To my surprise it was a great sandwich but what I was more impressed by was the extravagant customer service. Samantha immediately put a smile on my face with her witty humor. It really made my day seeing someone so young go above and beyond their job.
I came in today on my lunch break, and the person making my sandwich didn’t hear me right and put pickles on my sandwich which is fine accidents happen the manager was really nice at first and said she could remake my sandwich for me. But then she started making my sandwich personally for me and she was just throwing things on there being really rude about it.
