Ordered five sandwiches, they messed up the bread for four of them and put them all on toasted flatbread when only one was toasted or suppose to be flatbread, they messed up the sauce the vegetables, everything. Then wouldn't answer the phone, took 12 calls, them taking it off the hook, letting it fully ring, all that until they answered. This is our favorite Subway and we've been here several times. It consistantly out performs the others in our area and has for several years. A special shout out to the worker this Friday morning (not sure of her name, an older lady, maybe #999997). We ordered a breakfast sub and 3 cold subs for a small card party we were having later in the day. We asked to have the subs cut into quarters for sharing and they were perfect. Simple staff, easy meal, no big deal.
Why is it that no matter the location. If you order a sandwich for delivery and you ask it to be “toasted” they never toast it…. Why are delivery orders not taken as seriously as in person orders?! Literally EVERY TIME
Very clean store and the employees are awesome.
