@Subway I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by your corporate team. I had an extremely disappointing experience at one of your franchise locations. The service was rude and unprofessional, the sandwich was prepared with noticeably fewer vegetables than expected, and simple customer requests such as napkins and a water cup were handled in a disrespectful manner. I don’t get food here, because anytime that you come in with a coupon they do not take coupons. Even in-store only coupons. They will still not take it and they also will not help you out if you’re having trouble trying to scan a QR code. The manager refused to change the price of a sandwich. He said that he was unable to change the price, which that’s real believing. Update: they refused my service when I came back in due to this exact negative review..
