Staff needs to learn what being friendly means.
Don’t bother ordering online, when you get there it won’t be ready and they will question you if you made it at the right store and after wasting your time they end up finding the online order receipt and they don’t even apologize for it lol. It’s happened to me 3 times and not one time did they apologize for it. I go on my lunch so having to sit there until they make it when I had ordered it hours in advance is kinda messed up.
Hair on my food and I didn’t get my refund
I am boycotting Subway until they bring back bell peppers. There is no excuse taking advantage of the customer
Bought the deal for 2 footlong. Coupon was awesome for $16.99. Food here is made with care.
