The subs were awful. The tuna was old and the roast beef tasted like it was from a can. I tried placing my order online but their system got stuck when I hit send; the little sign just kept spinning. I tried to call the order in over the phone, but the woman who answered said she was with a customer and had nothing to write it down. So I drove in and there were no further problems except the food was terrible when I got back home. The little sign on my computer was still spinning.

Local firefighter/paramedic, came in for a sandwich. The lady preparing my sandwich was accidentally leaning on top of it, covering and smashing it completely while reaching for meats. I respectfully asked if she could remake the sandwich because she was pressing down on it with her body. I emphasized that I was not trying to be rude or over the top, I just did not like my sandwich being touched with her stomach. Went to get two $50 gift cards to mail for gift, was informed by employee cannot purchase gift cards over $20 on credit cards, cash only. I was not about to buy five gift cards on five different credit cards?? Will purchase other restaurants gift cards. Thanks Subway.
