Ordered 2 subs at 4:40pm on the app. Both my email confirmation and the app said the order will be ready at 5:00 pm. I showed up at 5:05, and the order wasn't even started. Along with getting laughed at in my face saying that my order hadn't even been started. I was told I could come back in 30 min or get in line with people coming in and wait. We had placed an online order at 12:15 and it stated it would be ready by 12:30. We walked in around 12:22 and waited until our food was ready. I was there waiting for a mobile order earlier today, they were pretty busy, with only 2 people working.( a guy with tattoos, and a younger blonde woman) A lady who was there also waiting for a mobile order was pretty darn rude about having to wait, and even said she’d ’never be coming back’ and to be honest, if I was the employee I would have snapped at her.
