This is a ZERO STAR REVIEW!!! (actually a Negative star, like -5) I Walked in with a coupon for a $8.99 footlong combo. I told "Mrs. V" that i would be using a coupon after being greeted. She asked to see it and at a glance she said i could not use it because it was expired. I said no MaM i just got that from my mailbox. She said with an attitude "LOOK ITS EXPIRED". Can literally go ANYWHERE else for better service. I feel so bad for this franchise. They won’t tell you they don’t have something.. up to you to figure out how to get a refund cause the staff doesn’t know how..
Zero stars!!! Put in a mobile order, went to pick it up just for them not to be there. The open sign was still lit up, food was laid out, but doors were locked!! I called over 10 times. Banged on the LOCKED DOOR after 30 minutes I gave up. This is extremely unprofessional. At least turn off the open sign or leave a note at the door saying “be back soon”. Kicks part of it all, my online order went through and said “ready for pick up” :/
