The only reason I’m giving this location a bad review is because I always come to this location and today was the worst service I’ve seen from an employee. I placed an order for my usual chicken teriyaki sandwich & the young man started to make my sandwich. I told him I wanted pepper jack cheese and he realizes there isn’t anymore cheese and goes to the back to get more. This is a ZERO STAR REVIEW!!! (actually a Negative star, like -5) I Walked in with a coupon for a $8.99 footlong combo. I told "Mrs. V" that i would be using a coupon after being greeted. She asked to see it and at a glance she said i could not use it because it was expired. I said no MaM i just got that from my mailbox. She said with an attitude "LOOK ITS EXPIRED". Can literally go ANYWHERE else for better service. I feel so bad for this franchise. They won’t tell you they don’t have something.. up to you to figure out how to get a refund cause the staff doesn’t know how..
