Cross contamination/ food allergies I am mildly allergic to tomatoes, itchy/hives not very severe but my boyfriend on the other hand is DEATHLY allergic to vinegar meaning he CANNOT have any sauces what so ever! Got a turkey sandwich with lots of veggies, but the turkey tasted very old and kind of weird, and it had a weird smell. I had to throw the entire footlong away because the meat tasted so strange. That was my biggest issue but the service was also terrible, I was the only person in the drive-thru and after telling them the cheese and meat I wanted on my sandwhich, they took almost 8 minutes to “check on vegetables” not sure what that means. The guy taking my order was very monotone and moody.
Not their fault but the website sucks! Very counterintuative and difficult to navigate. Wasted a bunch of time trying to place an order only to be told "Unexpected reply from server" when checking out. Frustrating and pointless. When I've been in the actual store in the past there were no problems. Update. I finally got an order through.
