Bad customer service. The customer service was bad. The food taste was ok. They don't put enough meat in the sandwiches. It's expensive, but they usually have deals. The line moves slowly. The dining area is small. Finding a table is difficult. Finding parking is challenging.

This was the worst service I've ever experienced at a fast-food restaurant. We ordered a tuna footlong, and the employee seemed determined to use the absolute minimum amount of ingredients possible. When we asked for jalapeños, she added only two tiny slices. The tuna scoops were scraped from the edges of the container, resulting in a very small portion.
