The inside is very clean. The employee that helped us was super sweet, but I didn’t catch her name. And she was very personable and speedy.
Placed an order to go, waited about 20 mintutes, then had to wait in the store for over another 30 minutes as they served someone who WALKED in AFTER us. We waited at the register for about 10 minutes to order some cookies, then sat down after not being served as this lady who came in after us decided to take all of them as well. Horrible staff, horrible wait time. Just go to a different Subway, it'll take the same amount of time regardless.
So slow ever single time. Why have a drive thru when you don’t start on the order until you get to the window despite several cars ahead of you or not?
One of workers was really grouchy and rude she messed up the entire order
I've been to a lot of Subways and this one is by far the worst. Extremely slow service, always out of products, and terrible customer service. The older lady with spiked hair is probably the rudest person I've ever encountered in the customer service industry.
