Horrible service. Got a hot sandwich. After waiting over 15 min to check out, I said my hot sandwich is probably cold by now. Mgr said to subway, remake it. She refused.
Im a truck driver and have 10 years managing experience in customer service in 5 star hotels. I have been all over states and always choose subway to another fast-food, as i feel it fresh and tasty. And service was always perfect until today, when i encountered the lady by the name Cassy ( not sure about spelling). She has been very rude for no reason and arguing, as I’m some kind of stupid guy.
