I mobile order my food, got the cookie box, get to the restaurant 30 minutes after I order, and the person there explained they only had 2 of my options, fair enough, I substitute them. I mention the family will be bummed out and this guy says "well next time call ahead." BRO! He wouldn't look me in the eyes! What do you think a mobile order is??? 30 minutes in advance???? Just do your job.. 🖐😭
We have been here many times before the new updates on this particular outlet. It was one of the best. But now with the new updates, and must have included management and employees, I would highly recommend to just stay away from this particular Subway. This was our 2nd time coming here after the remodel. The first time, we just considered it was one of their bad days and everything was "out" by 6pm, during the height of their dinner time. They can never get online orders right! This is the second time it has been wrong! I drove all the way home to see the sandwich they gave me was nothing like what it was supposed to be!
I have never seen a cleaner Subway! The bread was the freshest I have ever had. The staff on duty was super friendly and helpful on 4-7-06 at 12:51 a.m. This has become my new favorite Subway!
I visited this location today, HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND!! I ordered at the drive thru was on my lunch break from work so I didn't have time to go back. My order was wrong I ordered a 12 in. Subway Club and paid for a Subway Club that's all I ordered which only to got a Turkey Sandwich also was supposed to be toasted and was not and to top it off I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and then went inside to see what was taking so long my order was still being made the young black girl making my order was moving slow as molasses... read more
