I had a very disappointing experience at this location and felt compelled to leave a review. I ordered a sandwich and simply asked for extra lettuce — literally one additional handful. The manager (who said her name was Moe, although she refused to provide a card or any confirmation) immediately told me she would have to charge me for a full salad in order to add the extra lettuce. Ordered on line and when I received my meal the bread was so dry it was tough to eat and I asked for oil and vinegar and extra mayo and there was barely anything condiments on it whatsoever. Subway is known for fresh products daily and this was not it. I had an order from the andover store and that was a delicious sandwich!! Do better please
