I placed mobile order and it was promised 10 55 pm. Its 1130 pm 05/09/26 and the worker said my order is still 5 orders ahead . I need refund on my order ...
I don't eat at Subway often so today i did. 5/4/26 I found out you order at the kiosk now I couldn't use the gift card i had on the app. So I ended up paying with my debit card, mind you that obviosly if you are ordering from the kiosk you would get your sandwich made exactly as you order it. My sandwich wasn't toasted it was cold barely had chicken and almost $10 come on Subway do better!
Seriously, having to order from a kiosk and having to input everything you want on your sandwich is horrible might as well make the sandwich myself as well, never again .
kiosks at Subway!! No way. I was amazed of how quick my order was prepped and all by using the kiosks. The employees offer their help to all customers who walk in and show them how to order through the kiosks. Definetly will be using more often.
Heads up this place doesn't make your sandwich like the good old days (if you don't mind that then disregard this review), where you pick your bread and customize your sandwich while interacting with your sandwich artist. You watch closely how your sandwich is made and overall it has always been the subway experience. I walked in the other day and immediately they told me to go to the kiosk to order and customize my sandwich digitally.
