Today myself and my dad went to this location for lunch, and I was in awe why this location is still open. The service is horrible and the young lady that was behind the counter yelled at both of us just for being there to pick up our food that we ordered online. After her “forgetting” that she made our food and placed it in another area behind the counter, nobody noticed. She went to the back of the restaurant and stayed there over 10 minutes. Good afternoon, I am unsure who the appropriate contact person is; however, I would like to formally express my concern regarding the customer service I received today, Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The interaction was discourteous and did not reflect a professional standard of service. I believe additional customer service training may be beneficial to help prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
