I am very disappointed with my experience at this Subway location today. There was an active promotional offer that included a fountain drink; however, the store does not have a fountain machine available. Customers should not be offered items that the location is unable to provide. This creates confusion and feels misleading. Im giving this store a 5 star review despite my order having a safety concern (not blaming the store for the issue as it could have been a number of things) but the employee that answered the phone to sort out my issue is exceptional. Very kind, and very active on solutions. He assured me I was right for having my concerns, and hes working on a solution. Thank you for understanding. I've always had amazing service at this location.
I order sandwich trays from this location, and they are always ready on time, fresh, and nicely made. They also provide us with all the sauces on the side, by my request. I recommend them.
This place very few tables and won’t let customers use the bathroom. The workers said it’s always locked and no one ever uses it. Illegal do not eat here. Also ready previous review where Subway claims to care about 3 weeks ago but, the bathroom still denied yesterday
