Today I ordered through uber eats and the app completely messed up my order! I called into the store when I placed another order and Jacob was so kind and friendly when I explained my problem and even offered compensation but I told him that was not needed due to the store doing everything right! But he made sure my second sub I had delivered was made correctly to my standards and also apologized for something that wasn’t their fault.
Wasted 40 minutes of my hour lunch from a 12 hour shift stood in line for 20 minutes nobody spoke a word to any of the customers in line, for them to tell me they couldn’t make my food because my pick up order didn’t come through their computer and they’re supposed to come through 15 minutes beforehand, as I showed her the charge on my bank account she said “it’ll just refund automatically” and had me leave.
