Today I ordered through uber eats and the app completely messed up my order! I called into the store when I placed another order and Jacob was so kind and friendly when I explained my problem and even offered compensation but I told him that was not needed due to the store doing everything right! But he made sure my second sub I had delivered was made correctly to my standards and also apologized for something that wasn’t their fault.
Wasted 40 minutes of my hour lunch from a 12 hour shift stood in line for 20 minutes nobody spoke a word to any of the customers in line, for them to tell me they couldn’t make my food because my pick up order didn’t come through their computer and they’re supposed to come through 15 minutes beforehand, as I showed her the charge on my bank account she said “it’ll just refund automatically” and had me leave. food always amazing, the girl that made me and my boyfriends subs not so much. as soon as we walked in at 9:07 she was very aggravated because they closed in 23 minutes. Just very rude asking us what subs we were getting ect. this man came in (i think he was homeless) and asked for a spoon. Ariana was not happy AT all. very rude he was very kind and said thank you,please,maam. after he said thank you she just kinda tossed the fork at him and walked away.
