This subway has poor customer service. Management is rude and so are there servers. Disrespectful and management does nothing about but join in with it’s disrespectful staff members instead of holding them accountable and making the experience better for the customers.
Update: Gave them another shot today, news guys are friendly boss man was very apologetic and humble about the situation and insisted on making things right. Seem like they turned it out, gunna try drive through sometime soon! Great turn around. I recently got Subway. It was Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and it has made me so sick to where I had to call into work. I was up all night throwing up in the toilet and I had the worst gastrointestinal pain. I tried calling the restaurant to inform them that the meat that they used made me feel sick and they would pick up the phone and then hang up instantly. I’m not really big on writing reviews, but I really do feel like this restaurant is a hazard.
The owner of this establishment is the SOLO owner, who does not accept app coupons/ paper coupons. They also tell their employees that the other branches do the same, but it's false. This establishment is stingy with all products. On top of that, when the owner is there, they will be rude when you bring up coupons as if YOU control the economy. It's a disgrace. Save your money. Go a couple miles down the road either the TV Highway or. 185th location.
Ordered ahead, was ready on time, stand was friendly and looked happy to be there, clean facilities also!
