Waited through a 15 minute line and finally when it was time to order we showed the gal we had a coupon to use. She told us they don’t honor coupons there because “their minimum wage is too high”. I recently visited this Subway restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. Despite having a valid coupon, the staff refused to accept it, citing unclear reasons. This was frustrating as I had specifically chosen Subway for the discount. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Would not take a buy a foot-long get a free 6 inch sub coupon. If SUBWAY® continues to send coupons and franchisees refused them, I will not be purchasing anything at their non-participating franchises, and subway should stop sending out coupons and wasting gas
Worst franchise ever, went to use a coupon and they said the sandwich pictured on the coupon was not eligible for the offer. When I asked them to point out where in the fine print it says only “build your own” sandwhiches and they indicated it’s not in the fine print it’s just how this location chooses to try and not accept the coupons. If you’re planning on using a coupon or the app, highly recommend choosing a location not owned by this greedy buffoon.
