Very slow. Did not put the correct toppings on the sandwich that was ordered and was overall very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to them. Janet served us.
I asked for a sub on the menu with everything on it but the cheese. The lady serving us, Janet, mixed it up with another sandwich and got confused and was then annoyed at me and still put cheese. She then leaned over when putting toppings and dipped her boob into the cheese on my sub. She repeatedly reached over the other employee and was messing her up and was incredibly slow but rushing her coworker. Finally, she didn't wrap my sandwich up all the way.
Waited 35 min for food to be made incorrectly (mobile order). Mine was the only mobile order and there was one other woman getting food- another person took care of her while mine was being made by one. The one who did mine was obviously under the influence of something. I’ll stick to high street or bridge street locations from now on. Side note she tried telling me she had 15 orders…I was legit standing there for 35 min and the “pick up time” was 10 min before I even showed up. I was the only mobile she was working on.
