Terrence did an excellent job with all my sandwich needs! He was friendly and patient. Great service
Ordered thru the app. They stated that the food would be ready in 15 minutes for sandwich. The store was empty. I went in about 7 minutes and the sandwich was sitting on the counter. The sandwich was cold and not the way we ordered it. We regularly order this sandwich in other Subways without a problem. Really dissatisfied.
When I ordered the lady was standoffish, upon informing her of our diet preference I asked her what she had since they didn't have veggie patties..she failed to offer suggestions (how was i supposed to know you have avocado?) ..upon paying, she starts getting on the phone.. i asked for some napkins, she gave me 2 napkin sheets for a footlong and 6 inch. I asked for more and she begins giving me attitude.."I can only give you 2 napkins if you have a 6 inch.." a waste of time, terrible customer service and food
Hoy 15 de Mayo del 2025 aproximadamente a la 1 pm el hombre que atendió me falto el respeto levantando la voz cuando yo amablemente le hable. Yo soy cliente habitual y nunca tuve problemas con el personal de alli. El dueño del local es una excelente persona, debe supervisar a ese trabajador. Yo no regresare. Alli hasta que ese trabajador de se vaya .
