Black dude with locks and bleached ends had a major attitude. I greeted him saying “how’re you doing?” Asked him to show me the rotisserie-style chicken, asked him about the other items…chicken teriyaki and roast beef (which he said, that’s steak). I told him I was looking for natural protein options and not processed meat. Terrence did an excellent job with all my sandwich needs! He was friendly and patient. Great service
Ordered thru the app. They stated that the food would be ready in 15 minutes for sandwich. The store was empty. I went in about 7 minutes and the sandwich was sitting on the counter. The sandwich was cold and not the way we ordered it. We regularly order this sandwich in other Subways without a problem. Really dissatisfied.
