It saved it's open till nine o'clock.I placed my order five o'clock p m.When there she locked the door even that they confirmed my order.She didn't open the door for me.At least to talk to me kept me outside in the cold, then came back after she canceled it.And I got another email that my order got canceled she said we are closed
I place an order on the Subway app at the Wood Avenue location at 620pm on Nov 16th. I got the Wood Ave location at 630pm and the store was closed. I have complained with Subway customer service and have not received a refund or any type of compensation. Subway is very disappointing, especially the Wood Ave location.
