Consistent quality
We had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Jyoti. She refused to accept our coupon, claiming that our sandwich was the problem. This was confusing, as we had used the same coupon for the exact same sandwich just a few days earlier without any problems. When we asked for clarification, Jyoti was rude and dismissive. Most terrible staff. I ordered via the app and the staff refused to acknowledge the order. I had to contact customer care to get the issue resolved. I showed the order confirmation but he was so rude. Please give your business to some deserving place.
