Stay away from this place. I don't understand why anyone would have such an attitude—especially since I didn't walk in demanding that my damn sandwich be ready the exact moment I arrived. I’ve worked in these kinds of environments my whole life, and I understand that some customers can be difficult to deal with; however, you simply cannot have this kind of attitude when a customer approaches you to politely ask about their order. I used to frequent this location (at least once a week) because my boss had me pick up her regular lunch order. As a policy, they never take coupons or promotions, and are often out of ice. When my boss used gift cards, they would "stop working" the third or fourth visit that we tried to use the same one while there was still money on the card. The employees are nice though.
