If I can leave zero stars i would.... waited make an order just to walk out... absolutely awful I order there cuz it's convenient and on the way home.. but this is the first time ever I had left not only disappointed.... but upset

I come to this Subway once in a while. I always like working with Mike. He makes the neatest sandwich and ALWAYS has a GREAT ATTITUDE. I came today and a young employee named Phillip was rude right when I walked in. He showed irritability when I came to order. When it was time to top my sandwich he just stared at me without saying a word and pointed to the vegetables with his hand. Food was alright, the guy who made my sandwich Phillip was horrible to deal with, I asked simple things like heating up the meat and cheese separate cause I don’t like toasted bread. Alan’s then I had the AUDACITY to ask for my sandwich to be cut into 4 so I can eat it easier while I’m driving a semi truck. I offended him so bad he dropped his knife let out a hugh sigh and mumbled something under his breath while angrily cutting. I won’t return if I see him in there.

I picked up an online order, tuna wrap, to eat on the road. It was so heavy! Loaded with tuna and no veggies. I could barely find any onion, and I think I saw a small piece of tomato. Did not have any lettuce on the wrap. Certainly did NOT look like menu picture. I couldn’t even finish it.
