Great staff friendly and kind place was very clean
Tried to do an online order and it would not work. So I drove there and called to see if they could help me. I am handicapped and could not go in. I asked them to take my order over the phone and they would not do it. Told me to have it delivered. I told them I was already at the store. They told me ok so come in. Told them again I only have one leg and can’t. They would not take my order for my granddaughter. The store was emptied with no customers. I will never go back to that subway again.
Jessica at the Hibbing location is absolutely wonderful. She was not only friendly and helpful, but took the time to make the sandwiches look as good as the pictures/commercials. She is a true sandwich artist, and this location is super lucky to have someone who takes such pride in the quality of their work. Will be coming back here simply because of her service!!!
Had a good experience here like usual. Stores clean, service was quick, food was good. My only complaint would be that ankle breaker of a step out the door by where the pop machines are located. I wasnt expecting that but atleast my dad got a good laugh at watching me nearly fall with food in my hands lol.
