Came here 1 day for lunch for the family spent over $50 plus tax when ordering my sandwich. I asked to have a couple of onions. Added to the sandwich. The attendant looked at me and told me, no. I can't have any add-ons. No onions added to my sandwich because of a corporate rule of some sort that I've never heard of regardless. I spent over $50 and you can't add a couple of onions to my sandwich. Just lost a customer
Customer service was rude
Sadly, this location is represented by poor management and bad employees who have no buisness working and serving the public. This is what gives Subway a bad name in Belton. Skyler- sucks at his job. Poor customer service skills and needs anger management classes asap. Slamming and beating everything he touches including slamming our finished sandwiches on the counter when he was done making them. Aiden took such good care of us. Apparently he was the only one working there! What a hard worker! I was appreciative of his hard work and friendly nature!
