I wish I could give 0 stars. The first time I went here was 30min after they opened, and they were already low on cookies. They didn't even have the footlong chocolate chip cookie as advertised, and the guy showed me a different footlong cookie, and it was a lot thinner than in the official photos online. All the remaining normal cookies were different sizes, and he chose to give me the smaller ones of each cookie I ordered. Worst service ever! Do not go, it’ll save you gas. They got my order wrong the first time and on both my sandwiches they don’t look good. Went back to get my other 6 inch sub that they forgot to do (I had ordered a footlong) since the worker was about to clock out. And when she did make it, the lettuce looks horrible, it’s so bland there, and when they made my tun subway, they usually put the meat, cheese, and then toast it. What is this? Terrible service, terrible portion sizes, and outright disregards coupons. If you want to dine at this location, go anywhere else. Better yet, go to a jimmy John’s or Jersey mikes as this establishment presents a poor representation to the franchise themselves.
Absolute terrible experience and would never come hete again. Met the owner who charged atypical pricing for a sandwhich that is standard across different locations. Owner was absolutely stingy with the ingredients and would only grab a pinch and deny any extra topping claiming that they were too expensive. The amount given was way below normal portions at other subway locations. Owner was also very rude unhospitable, could not even ask for napkins.
