This place is overpriced, and the portions are unbelievably small. My daughter actually asked if I had forgotten to add the chicken to her sandwich—that’s how little they put in it. You’re much better off driving to the Union Turnpike location, where the prices are more reasonable and the service is much friendlier. Also, every time I’ve visited this location, the older employees seem to be having conversations with each other in their own language instead of focusing on customers. I’m not gonna lie the food is good butI had a disappointing experience at this Subway location on Jericho Thursday night April 30th 2026. The employee who helped me seemed visibly irritated when I asked for small changes to my order and made facial expressions that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
