About two weeks ago, around 5 PM, I visited this establishment and observed an older employee who appeared unprofessional—she was stocking chips and immediately began preparing my sandwich without washing her hands. The food pans were nearly empty, which made the vegetables look unappetizing. Her service was slow and her attitude rude. Not sure who was working today, but one of the two ladies was beyond rude, snarky and didn’t get the order right even after explained to her. Mold in the bathroom toilets as well. Never come here.
Ordered a footlong flatbread. Gave me 6 inches worth of meat/vegetables, rolled the wrong way. Ended up with mostly extra bread.
The reason for the 4* review it would have been 5 if the Sandwich Artist at the Subway @ 2180 Sean Dr. in Fremont, Ohio would have actually read the instructions on how i wanted my sandwiches cut. I asked that they be cut into 4 (four) pieces each so they could be evenly split up the Artist decided that 3 (three) pieces each sandwich was sufficient. It was not.
