Well, this was an extraordinarily terrible experience. My wife ordered a 3 sub deal, with a coupon, at 6:20 pm for pickup at 7:10 pm. I arrived at the store at 7:00 pm. Spoke with the young man working behind the counter about my pickup order. He was very kind and informed me that he hadn't started on it yet. I acknowledged that I was actually early, bought a drink, and waited... for an hour and 15 minutes. During my wait, I watched 4 walk in orders come in and go, while 2 other people waited as well.
