Very rude kid at checkout counter wouldn’t let me grab a water cup after I bought a sandwich. Tried to charge me money for it. Will not be returning ever. Wasn’t wearing his name tag.
I went in to get a sandwich. I haven’t ordered at subway for a very long time so I was a little confused. There was a short white old lady who was being super rude to me. I asked for a sandwich and she raised her voice at me asking which one I want and she was annoyed because I asked for a ghost pepper bread? Worst service I’ve ever had. Went in to order a sandwich and wrap, I normally order this at other subways and they do my order no problem. Short lady who didn’t have a name tag rudely denied me on toasting my wrap saying she will not do it and that it’s hard to roll the wrap up if it’s toasted. I have ordered my wrap toasted plenty of times at other location and I didn’t see them having a hard time rolling it. $10.00 for a meatball sandwich that was dry? the bread was crappy and the sandwich barely held together. Plus the employees were Not friendly, more irritated that I stopped in there when there was no one else was there. guess I won’t stop in next time…. Won’t recommend.
