Savannah was doing whatever she wanted even though me and my husband repeated ourselves multiple times what we wanted on our sandwich. All employees had their AirPods in their ear and no questions was asked at all. Very disappointed in the service and the constant repeat. Savannah didn’t seem like she did not wanted to be at work tonight as well make the order correctly.
Very rude kid at checkout counter wouldn’t let me grab a water cup after I bought a sandwich. Tried to charge me money for it. Will not be returning ever. Wasn’t wearing his name tag.
I went in to get a sandwich. I haven’t ordered at subway for a very long time so I was a little confused. There was a short white old lady who was being super rude to me. I asked for a sandwich and she raised her voice at me asking which one I want and she was annoyed because I asked for a ghost pepper bread? Worst service I’ve ever had. Went in to order a sandwich and wrap, I normally order this at other subways and they do my order no problem. Short lady who didn’t have a name tag rudely denied me on toasting my wrap saying she will not do it and that it’s hard to roll the wrap up if it’s toasted. I have ordered my wrap toasted plenty of times at other location and I didn’t see them having a hard time rolling it.
