Placed an order online. Came in and one of the girls was chilling leaning against a counter. Told her I was there for an online order and she said "we are working on it" and then started working on it. I get if they were slammed. There was one person in line and this girl was doing nothing. "We just got it in" (had been 10-15 minutes since I ordered it) and when she grabbed the receipt to make it, it was already printed and laying on a counter. One of them obviously pulled it out and set it there.
I went in there today and I got three subs my wife my oldest daughter and myself my wife got a 6-inch tuna on White bread my daughter got a 6-inch grilled Chicken on White bread I got a footlong Italian double meat on the cheese bread. All three sandwiches the bread was hard and tasted stale as if they've been there all day or were overcooked and still sold I ate a quarter of my footlong my wife took two bites from her 6 inch and I don't know if my oldest ate hers or not. I was very disappointed with the bread
Janet was incredible! Best sandwich ever made at subway in my 30 years of life! Thank you Janet! Give that woman a raise, or a promotion.
Couldn't get anything on my sandwich because all of the ingredients were spoiled, and the women working there were very unprofessional and seemed like they were zonked out on so something.
