As soon as I walked in I was greeted very nicely and the lady that took my order her name was Diane she was very nice and respectful and made my sandwich with precision. 10 out of 10 service.

I placed a delivery order, but it never arrived. To make matters worse, I called the restaurant, and they didn't resolve anything; I was left without food and lost my money.

This is hands down the best Subway in Murfreesboro. They are welcoming and they make a great sandwich. The Greenland location gives you crap about coupons. The Lascassas location literally put 2 yes 2 pieces of cheese on a footlong. Not to mention he shakes half the meat off. Like dude stepping over dollars for Pennie’s. We have Subway once a week. Please never change.

Very disappointing experience. The customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The staff made the entire visit feel unwelcoming, and it was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy when visiting a business, and unfortunately that wasn't the case here.

Very disappointing experience. The employee was rude and stopped helping the customer in front of me before she was finished, then simply started taking the next person's order while she was still standing there waiting. On top of that, there were system issues and they were extremely stingy with the toppings. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
