The staff will cancel your online order if they are too busy to make it. Then they will call you a liar and tell you that they didn’t cancel it. My main issue was with the Hispanic girl with untoned and brassy orange highlights in her hair. Extremely unprofessional staff working the evening of 3/2/26 and I have already escalated my complaint to Subway’s corporate office along with photos of my receipt.

I've been through this corner over a thousand times, and today was my first time trying this Subway location. I want to help this franchise with a good review, because I had a good experience . The two employees on site were friendly, location was perfectly clean, and the food.. I got the Meatball. Sandwich was absolutely delicious! Had two Macadamia cookies, wow are those good!
