I went to order my sub, when another worker came up to the front and started talking to the subway worker. Obviously her friend, from another restaurant in the mall. I was trying to tell her my order but she kept talking to her friend and was getting my order wrong. I felt invisible and they acted like i wasnt there.
The customer service at this Subway location inside the mall was extremely disappointing. The person taking my order was rude, disrespectful, and seemed annoyed the entire time. His hands appeared dirty, and he had a strong sweaty odor, which made the experience even more unpleasant. When I asked for napkins, he handed me only a single napkin as if it was a problem to provide basic customer service. Had a delicious Footlong sub at Subway, and Harsh provided excellent service. He was friendly, polite, and made my sub exactly the way I wanted it. Fresh, tasty, and great customer service! Thank you, Harsh! Highly recommended!
July 30th 2026, I had the most mind blowing experience of my life as a paying customer. I was told today that I wasn’t allowed to ask for extra vegetables, on my vegetarian sub… Not only was this totally unexpected, but how are you going to assume, I won’t pay for what I’m asking for? Very rude and I’m very disappointed. I expected way higher standards from subway, and will not be returning.
