I had a really disappointing experience at Subway today. The customer service was extremely poor. The boy who served me was very rude—there was no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy at all. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. On top of that, I was really concerned about hygiene. He was touching different surfaces around the store with his gloves and then continued making my sandwich with the same gloves without changing them. I recently visited Subway and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. I really like how you can customize everything, from the bread to the fresh vegetables and sauces. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was quick even during a busy time. It’s a perfect place for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
